Develop systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of the organization’s financials and budgets.
Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of finance staff to ensure optimum activities.
Produce accurate and timely financial information and financial status reports and studies
Produce all necessary statements and reports to enable accurate measurement of cash flow, profit and loss, and so on.
Revise financial program to ensure compliance with company budgets, policies and procedures.
Act as a liaison with external auditors to provide them with all required information in coordination with management.
Formulate and implement policies and procedures related to the job to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company.
Carry out all necessary actions and procedures to ensure that the company meets its financial, fiscal and legal obligations.
Perform studies and generate recommendation on the company financial performance and activities.
Prepare and develop department task-progress-reports and annual reports to the management.
Maintain and manage records and databases.
Prepare reports related to work.
