Qualification & responsibility
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
At least 2-5 years’ experience as customer service or call center field. Online business is advantage.
Ability to documenting and build up Customer Service processes
Ability to delegating tasks and monitoring the team’s performance
Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them
Handling complaints (from both staff and customers)
A responsible attitude
Ability to make decisions under pressure
Ability to lead and motivate others
Accuracy at record keeping
Ability to prioritize your own work and other people’s
Calm and patient, able to use appropriate words and tone when dealing with difficult customers.
Good command of English
Male / Female
Thai Nationality, age not over 35 years old.
